collectors will do an asset search to determine the
feasibility of taking judgment against the consumer. If
assets are found, our client will be notified and asked
to make the decision whether or not to pursue the
account legally. With our client's permission, we

of Hornell NY. They are a highly respected 3-generation
law firm; their Collections Department is equipped with
the latest legal collection software which provides the
necessary timely tracking of the various judgment steps.
Their staff has established relationships with many
local courts in New York, where they file many
judgments. |
