The campaign is tailored to our client's needs, and meant to take the place of the final notice.                 OUR ATTORNEYS If attempts to resolve a debt are not successful, our collectors will do an asset search to determine the feasibility of taking judgment against the consumer. If assets are found, our client will be notified and asked to make the decision whether or not to pursue the account legally. With our client's permission, we transfer the account to our attorneys, Shults and Shults of Hornell NY. They are a highly respected 3-generation law firm; their Collections Department is equipped with the latest legal collection software which provides the necessary timely tracking of the various judgment steps. Their staff has established relationships with many local courts in New York, where they file many judgments.       RATES STCC has a contingent fee structure for collections--our client pays only if we collect. Rates are tailored to our client's volume of business, and set at minimum levels that allow us to provide the service our clients need and expect.
