OUR HISTORY

STCC has been in business for over 60 years. Formerly known as the Credit Bureau of Hornell, we purchased the Credit Bureau of Oneonta in 1988. Since that time we have acquired several smaller agencies in New York, adding to our coverage area and allowing us to become familiar with many areas of NY and PA. For many years it has been our practice to have our Vice Presidents of Marketing make personal visits to clients in their area monthly.

OUR MANAGEMENT

Cheryl Blue, President, has significant experience in a broad array of government and private business collections. She is an active member of the American Collectors Association International, and has had extensive training in the FDCPA, the FCRA and collection laws..

OUR STAFF

Office staff members have an average of 6 years of service--testimony to the fact that they take pride in the work that they do, and feel a sense of satisfaction that they have helped consumer and creditor alike to resolve past-due balances.
