	Our History
STCC has been in business for over 60 years. Formerly known as the Credit Bureau of Hornell, we purchased the Credit Bureau of Oneonta in 1988.



	Our Staff
Our collectors are trained in, and monitored for knowledge and adherence to all federal and state collection laws Office staff members have an average of 6 years of service--testimony to the fact that they take pride in the work that they do, and feel a sense of satisfaction that they have helped consumer and creditor alike to resolve past-due balances.

STCC provides debt collection services to hundreds of clients in NY and PA. Although our specialty is healthcare, we have many satisfied clients in other fields, such as veterinarians, utilities, oil companies, repair shops, and retailers.
